Section 2, definition of terms, mentions the requirement of a licensed driver to accompany the SP holder, acting as a driving instructor, with the relevant license codes for the vehicle.


Section 5, contents of the student permit, mentions the requirement of a licensed driver, who has been ACCREDITED by LTO as a driving instructor, with the relevant license codes for the vehicle

Kung student permit palang dapat may kasama syang may Pro/ Non-Pro license na angkas o pasahero para iwas huli, dahil pareho silang walang license or pro license huli talaga.

It only proves that citizens aren't fully aware of the what's in the driver's handbook (if any), LTO policies and guidelines, rules of the road, national and local traffic rules and regulations... That's why the LTO's Certificate Driver's Examination should be strictly enforced before issuance of driver's licenses and student permits and not make the LTO a paper mill of such... The government should also rethink it's 10 year renewal policy and make it five years after passing a strict written exam and a hands on driving test for every renewal first time or not, and ten years for individuals who don't have any type of infraction in the past 5-10 years...

Bakit pa kumuha ng student kung hindi pide mag motor .. my naka lagay ma sa student na dapat my kasama ka na non .pro o pro . Lalot private Naman u 3:02 ng sasakyan . Dapat duly ung pinakita mo ata .. duly license kamo meron ka ..
