Do you know of a contractor in the Kansas City metropolitan area? My driveway has a 3/4 inch thick small stone overlay that was applied 20+ years ago to cover an improperly finished surface. It is breaking up and seperating from the concrete below. There are no cracks or settlement of the concrete below. I could not find a contractor that would quote an overlay. What is your surface preparation to get a good bond to the existing surface.
