What's nice is that it doesn't look too anime like and them just wearing cosplay similar to other live action adaptations. Oshi no Ko works as it's based on an irl industry and tells of the behind the scenes stuff that do indeed happen irl.

This live action looks so promising. They nailed the casting I mean even the minor side characters like the author of the manga where kana acted as the female main cast was so real

Even Oshi No Ko got lame ending for majority of fans, you can't denied that it's still great plot since episode one.. ❤ It's still cover the dark side of entertainment industry esp for underage entertainers portray by Ai Hoshino, , Aqua Hoshino, Ruby Hoshino, Arima Kana, Akane Kurokawa and others..

Fun fact : The adaptation feature significant differences to the source material, including but not limited to:

Live action adaptation has a more clearly defined timeline of events, unlike the original source material, for example:

• B-Komachi's scheduled Dome Performance and Ai's death took place on 29th November 2011

• We're About to Fall in Love for Real was airing during November 2022.

• B-Komachi's original generation has 5 members instead of 7.

• All 5 members in B-Komachi's original generation were included in founding members instead of 4. (The 15 Year Lie「１５年の嘘,  Jūgo-Nen no Uso?」)

• Ai's DVDs are passed down to the twins when they turn 18 instead of 15.

• Kana reunites with the twins after they have successfully entered _Youtou High School_ instead of during their application process.

• We're About to Fall in Love for Real is primarily filmed at a beach house instead of a school.

• Tokyo Blade is adopted into a TV drama instead of a stage play.

Stuff like this provee that live action adaptations of animated media can be good. It's so vibrant and well shot, and carries the energy of the og anime.
