In this slapstick comedy classic, two hungry hoboes pose as professional boxers to score a meal. One of them pretends to be none other than Cyclone Flynn, a legendary boxing champ. Meanwhile, Pug (Roscoe Arbuckle) — a lovable local strongman — steps into the spotlight after defending his girlfriend from a group of unruly mashers. The tables turn when the mashers decide to pit Pug against the fake Cyclone Flynn at a nearby theater.

Just as the fight is about to begin, the real Cyclone Flynn arrives, kicking the imposters out and reclaiming his spot in the ring. From here, pure chaos ensues as the referee (Charlie Chaplin), struggles to maintain order. But things spiral further when Pug grabs a gambler’s pistols, sending everyone—boxers, spectators, Pug’s girlfriend, and even the Keystone Kops—into a wild chase that’s nothing short of pandemonium!
