Watermelon Fruit Cake

2Ingredients:
2 Watermelons
4 cups mixed fruit of choice such as strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and kiwi
Fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions:
1. On a cutting board, cut the top and bottom off each watermelon. Working with 1 watermelon at a time, cut rind off watermelon, then cut watermelon to resemble a cake-shape. This will be the base of the cake.
2. Repeat with remaining watermelon, cutting 2- to 3-inches smaller than the base to create a tiered cake layer.
3. Place smaller watermelon layer on top of watermelon base.
4. Top watermelon cake decoratively with fruit and mint. Arrange remaining fruit decoratively around bottom edge of watermelon cake. Slice and serve.
