I wonder if Ryu could make the 2nd if he does a rising tatsumaki off his double jump.

I love how no character has failed at specifically Level 4

I think the endlag on rising tatsu might end up killing Ryu, in addition to his shoryu not going as far horizontally as Ken's.

Shulk can probably do level 5 if he does an aerial while he jumps so he hurtbox shifts.
