Stress and anxiety seem to be creeping in from every corner of life. Sometimes it comes at us bold and loud. Other times, it slowly soaks into our thoughts without much notice until we feel overwhelmed. Lately, it feels like one stressful thing is stacking up on another and as soon as we think we are a step ahead of it all, something else blindsides us.

I start volunteering at an animal reserve in a little over a week, and I started upping my workouts, but sometimes I just have a hard time with getting myself to do it. I like working out but sometimes it just feels like work. Anything you think could help me get back on my feet?
