The food looks spectacular as are yr close-up shots. I could almost taste it through the lens. lol. Never seen bun rieu so rich before, glistening with fattiness. I understand this place adds pig trotter, most do not, only pork meatballs. Did you try their bun bo hue? It looks good too.
I love lamb/goat claypot or hotpot, my favorite kind of meat. In Chinese culture, lamb/goat meat are considered warming meats, good to eat during the cold winter season. I like it anytime 🥰

Pho is my go to dish. You cant beat a good bowl of Pho. Small little place I go to gives you a rib bone sitting on top. Its delicious.

The price for the big bone soup is a steal… Also that portion of tendon is extremely generous.

This place is not that good as a pho flavor…but expensive and they even charged you for 18% on top of that for the service…all that add up a bowl of pho come out about $22. NOT WORTH IT
