Would JSM ITSM integration or e-bonding with an existing ticketing system that a Network Ops Center be possible using RESTful API's? Use Case: Fiber cut results in alerts at a managed NOC which in turn generates alert tickets in the NOC's ticketing system (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc)..we'd like to bring all those tickets together in a JSM ITSM Incident.
