I carry one everyday for 5 yrs now, I use it for everything, it's one of my EDC items along with a medium pocket knife. The sheath looks good but sucks. You'll have to upgrade to be on the safe side if you are carrying daily..

I like my 162, stays sharp for a long time before you need to strop it back to a fine edge.

Now your bob the bushcrafter lol. Personally I would remove the striker and replace that cord on the ferro with 1/8" shock cord, because once you start using the ferro it'll get thinner and not be tight anymore. Thats one knife I never did end up getting, however I really enjoy my white river knives ursus 45.

What size ferro rod is that? i bought an exotac 5/16 and its too skinny to fit tight.
