It's a cool stuff with pretty much less code. If azure web pubsub is not using the singnalR then what's technology which is behind to broadcast and receive message.

I am very curious. Can this service be used to "subscribe" to an external websocket and manage the connection (aka ensure we stay connected) by itself? When a message is received, the goal would be to call an Az Function.

Why we use the azure communication services chat scope.. is it something better? Does the identity hidden as in ACS identity provider.
