The do not except an estimate over the phone actually not a 100% correct. Some quote it high and then you pay less in the end. Example would be the company I work for. We ask how many rooms, what is going, when you need it moved and a lot of details and then give a higher estimate and almost always do it faster and cheaper than expected and the owners are pleased and pay less.
