The Mazda 2 remains a fixture in the Malaysian B-segment space, despite having been around quite some time now and having seen competitors like the Honda City and Toyota Vios undergo full-model changes. But despite its aging bones, the Mazda 2 remains hugely relevant in the segment, which is why a second facelift has been ushered in across the globe.

With updated specifications, material choices, technology but the same beloved powertrain, we take the Mazda 2 Sedan out for a drive to give it a shakedown.

Mazda 2 maybe the cheapest direct injection engine with 6 speed automatic gearbox. You will not find any other brand with such setup at this price point.
