Why would the printer itself be recognized but the scanner on the 3 in 1 printer scanner fax but is not recognized

Certainly! Sometimes, an issue occurs when I insert the printer's IP address, complete the connectivity setup, and proceed to print a test page. During this process, the page is misaligned or printed multiple times. and the actual printer name does not come and the name comes by "any desk ". kindly tell me the solution please Thank you

What if the printer prints out splotches of yellow ink all over the page? I have to print the same page many times before it lets up. Very annoying. I'm using an Epson Workforce Pro 4630
