why not setting static IP address?
I though you need to change the name of the computer first, then after restart, join the domain, or else the computer would join with the previous name?
I guess the DNS part will be explained later

@Kindson The Tech Pro, thank you for your excellent videos. I have tried to install Windows server 2019 on my VM but it doesn't work. It gives me "guru meditation error"! I have tried google troubleshooting suggestions that I could find but nothing seems to be working. Any workable suggestion, I shall really appreciate.
