I have a sleep number bed and found the video to be very helpful. I don't know what people are crabbing about. For crying out loud, the sleep number people will set it up for you initially. If you should decide to move your sleep number bed from one location to another and are unable to put it back together, sleep number will charge you $175 to come and reassemble it now that is something to really complain about.

These plastic bases are FANTASTIC! They're modular as ever, easy to work with. I was given one from a guy who didn't have room for it in his car when he was moving (EVEN THOUGH IT BREAKS DOWN TO VERY SMALL).

Well watch and learn is the motto here however I noticed that Nicole (her name on the controller) has connected the air hose to the air chamber where is shows "This side Down" printed on the air chamber, so with that said she actually has it upside down per instructions I can only assume the hubby did the same thing but hard to tell without actually seeing him install the hose connector. Also they did not show the center foam piece being installed. Not the greatest of instructional videos i have seen.

It shows the man and woman SMILING while putting it together! It would have been more realistic if they were looking at parts, trying to figure out how they go together and cursing...a lot. Oh yeah, and while the guy is trying to figure it out, the female is nagging and making ridiculous suggestions that show she knows nothing about how things work. LOL.
