I like using dandelion greens in wanton soup. The baby flower buds down in the crown are great cooked with rice if you can get enough of them.

Who’s here in 2020. Mom would give us kids each a small knife, a paper bag. Out we went to pick these leaves, bring them home where Mom would make a salad.

I used to juice dandelion leaves and it's so ridiculously bitter, I couldn't even put in a couple leaves cuz it tasted so bad

buy them at a grocery store??  are you freekin nuts?  I can just eat them off my lawn, , , very very fresh (hand picked)....never tried em', but as soon as they start coming up soon by the jillions ....i will give em a hoo !!
