How to make vegetable pakora at home

Vegetable pakoras are made of any kind of vegetables and gram flour. Crispy vegetable pakoras are super easy to make in house. My Pakoras make perfect tea time snack and are completely Vegan and Gluten Free. Make vegetable pakoras at home. Make these crispy vegetable pakoras with choice of your favourite veggies.
Ingredients
2 Thinly Sliced Onions
2 Thinly Sliced Potatoes
1 Cup Chopped Spinach
2 Chopped Green Chillies
1 Tablespoon Chopped Ginger
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 Tea Spoon Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 Tea Spoon Coriander Seeds
1 Tea Spoon Cumin Seeds
1 Tea Spoon Turmeric
1 Tea Spoon Salt/ As required
3 Table Spoons Gram Flour
Water as Required
Method of Cooking
Combine all the ingredients of pakora in a wide dish and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Be careful while adding gram flour and add spoon by spoon as your pakora should not have to much gram flour.
Check seasoning before start frying your pakoras in hot oil.
Make sure your oil isn’t too hot. Ideal temperature of oil for crispy pakora is between 160-180 C.
Start dropping your pakoras in oil carefully and do not put to many at a time as it will drop your oil temperature.
After a minute stir them carefully without breaking them.
Fry for 4-5 minutes and drain them on an absorbent paper to get rid of excessive oil.
Enjoy eating your favourite vegetable pakoras with your dip of your choice.
