Sounds like they were traveling in and around the Bargus Islands, which once existed on older maps. These four islands encircled the North Pole. The "coal" colored, vertically straight mountain island sounds to me a lot like a great description of Rupes Nigra, also once found on older maps (i.e. Mercator's arctic projection). BTW, it's thought that in the center of those islands is an entrance to the inner earth. Olaf Janson and his father once ventured into this center and found their way to the countries of inner earth. His story is told in The Smokey God, by Willis George Emerson, in which they also discovered lands where extremely large fruits were grown and where there was 24 hours of daylight because of the "Smokey God" that existed in the center of the Earth.

This sounds like an allegory pertaining to raising the Kundalini energy which includes the 40 days of fasting and the 3 days and nights in darkness. Sound familiar throughout many of the stories, like Moses, Christ etc. 40 yrs in the desert, 40 days on the mountain, etc. I keep hearing the same numbers especially 40, 3 and 8, all significant with meditation and enlightenment.😊

i think the water is clearer in the colder North and West was so much more diffrerent mystical even by the maps of that age with dozens of islands, so those fish could be there ... hailing Man, i saw some of your videos sometimes and just realized they're awesomely widens my thoughts, subbed, thank You!:) .. this is just a tale in the first hand but yeah based on those times can be anything, there is a Mael Duin trip that's similar mindblow from the irish mythology and even way before, wouldnt be great an Oera Linda Friesland vid?
