I wanted to ask something about the traditional handling of ginger, how it was wintered over, if what we in the west cal 'ginger jars were ever actualy used as places to store the tubers and some related questions. If you don't know the answers, could you suggest someplace where I might ask them where I might get some answers? I'm about t start growing some ginger of my own and such answers might be useful. So, Ideas? Answer?
