Yeah so I have random dreams every 5 years. And in those dreams there’s one specific entity, that looks different to fit into the dream world’s setting. And every single time I have a dream with this entity everyone else around the entire neighborhood has intense nightmares. And I actually have a peaceful night sleep.. reason why that’s surprising is cause I’m usually the one who dies in my sleep.

Reminds me of a dream my grandpa once had. He had to get a horse and a ladder somewhere by tram. So he got into the tram with the horse but then the ladder wouldn't fit. So he tried the ladder first but then the horse didn't go in.
I feel like there is supposed to be a moral in this, but I can't figure out what it is 😂😂 to this day this dream makes me laugh and it wasn't even mine

A section of a weird conversation i had in a dream recently. Keep in mind, it was one of those dreams with hyperrealistic sensory input, so it feels almost more real than reality. Confusing when you wake up.

A shopkeeper said to me, "You don't see through the mist often, do you?"
I told her she was right, but...
"When you do, what you see is looking back, right?"
"Yeah"

One time I dreamt that I was biking up a dirt road which was very similar to the area I lived in, except the road was more steep. And whenever a car went by I found myself in a different situation.
The first time I became a sea dragon and had to escape a liopleurodon, and then I found myself back riding my bike on the dirt road.
Another car went by, and this time I was a fnaf night guard. Then Chica was outside the office thing or whatever, and my dream self just noped out of it by closing my eyes and going "I know this is a dream. Wake me up." And... I woke up ¯\_(シ)_/¯

I have the most realistic but utterly confounding dreams when I pass out in the middle of the day.
Once when I was home alone I fell asleep on the couch and woke up to my parents trying to move the couch while I was still on it. I was do confused but couldn't even find the words to ask why they were back a day early and doing something so weird.
And then I woke up and could hear them talking in the kitchen about needing to move the couch, and before I could even try and sit up, I woke up and they were about to tip me off the couch.
This repeated like a dozen times, each one was short and felt like I was really waking up until I actually sat up and realized I was still alone.
That's the mildest midday sleep dream I've had, they get scarier and the only sleep paralysis I've experienced was during daytime naps.

I had a dream I’ll never forget
Cuz like
I’m 99% sure the person I dreamt about is some kind of fucking ghost or past life friend or some shit

Cuz it went like this

I was in my elementary school
Not as a little kid
But a teen, the age I was irl at the time

I was walking around
And I had a man with me
Around my age
I think he had brown hair
It was short hair too

He didn’t look like anyone I actually know
But I felt like I’d always known him
Yet at the same time
He was a complete stranger

Anyways, the two of us wandered around
And then we find a baby
Again
Not a baby I’ve ever seen

So me and this guy pick up the baby
And we keep wandering around
Talking
Trying to find the kids parents
But nobody was around

Which for some reason, we didn’t really see as strange
But we did note a few times that we couldn’t find anyone to ask about her family

Then it happens
I have the baby in my arms
When this guy and I start arguing
Not sure what about
But he seemed VERY upset
Not mad
More like, sad, but angry about it

He’s yelling
And the baby is crying a bit
And then we spot a spider
A big one
A tarantula
In a bush that I know is filled with more tarantulas

He gets wildly more upset
And yells the only words I can remember from the dream

“THERES NO POINT!! THIS IS ALL A DREAM! YOU WONT EVEN REMEMBER ME”
Then he smacked the spider on the bush
Cashing the rest to come out
And making me wake up

I’m horrified of spiders
Like
I HATE them
Pictures
Videos
Hell even drawings sometimes freak me out
It’s full blown arachnophobia
I’ve had a panic attack seeing a black widow once

Only spider I ever liked
Was a class pet I had in 1st grade
A tarantula
The class named her flower
And I really liked her
Even if she scared me a bit

But when I woke up
I wasn’t scared cuz of the vivid image of a bush full of spiders

I woke up fucking crying
Not a lot
But like
A good few tears

And I had no idea what the hell had just happened

But
Whoever was in my dream
They wanted me to remember them

I’ve never forgotten the dream
But I have no clue who I was dreaming about
And I’ve never had another dream with him in it

I feel like if I did
I’d know
Like I’d recognize him

I am NOT spiritual
I dont believe in ghosts or an afterlife
I kinda believe in reincarnation cuz it has a basic scientific backing through the transfer of energy

But all in all
Everything has a scientific explanation
and sure
Dreams are weird
Maybe my mind just made up a story

But this is the ONLY time I’ve felt that instinct that just
Something was different about this dream
I don’t know what
But my body is very sure I know the boy in that dream
But I’ve never met him before
