Ayrogi Shadow Theater at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival

In Armenian towns and villages, the shadow theater has been popular since the eighteenth century. The Ayrogi Shadow Theater group has kept the tradition alive, performing daily at the 2018 Smithsonian Folklife Festival in Washington, D.C.
