Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addresses a joint meeting of Congress in Washington D.C.

Binyamin Netanyahu travelled to the United States with a former hostage of Hamas for a visit that will include meetings with President Biden, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.

The Israeli prime minister will address Congress on Wednesday. He was told by Noa Argamani, rescued last month in Gaza, that “the hardest thing for her in captivity was hearing Netanyahu say that the war would go on for a long time”.
