I have a m4 exhaust tip and a 450r header and it has been on the bike for over 9000km now when I got a rebuild rode a 1000k got valve shimmed and the weather is 10 11degres colder now the header glows red?

im 12 5'9" and want to move up from a 230f and am considering going strait to a 450 what do you think?
