Industrial Iron Filtration Aquamatic Valves (Food Manufacture)

Complete Water Solutions was contracted to replace an old green sand filtration system. This system was installed back in the early 90's consisted of (4) Green Sand Filter Vessels (Steel) controlled by Aquamatic Valves and a Badger Meter. The old green sand filter system had rusted through and was sending green sand media through out the facility. Complete Water Solutions removed the old green sand system and installed a new Quad Fiberglass Green Sand Filter controlled by Aquamatic Valves. Complete Water Solutions also installed a Y Strainer Down Stream Of The Sand Filtration System In The Event That The System Should Fail. This was a cost effective insurance policy. We recommend installing Y Strainers Past Media Filtration Systems, Water Softeners & Deionization System as precaution.
