Being in UAE at this time and seeing the wedding feasts, this could have been a wedding feast. The Arabs, Persians and some Jews still separate into Men and Women (no children and sometimes no singles) for the feast. The tradition is so true that my wife will be attending the women's side of a wedding feast next week.

I may be missunderstanding but can you elaborate on what you mean when you say her spending the night with the king in his bed, marrying outside the covenant, not living the law of moses, etc., was necessary to get her to where she needed to be? It comes across as saying that you can put aside God's commandments as long as it gets you to where you "need" to be, which is wrong because you're taking the easy way out. This also discounts those who stood firm in the faith despite opposition and persecution and chose to follow the Savior instead of taking the easy way.

Fasting for 3 days? I can't even fast for a day in a month.. I hope is not required for salvation. Number 3 is almost in everything... That slaughter on the 13 was very suspicious, 13 is a cursed number for some odd reason, very celebrated among wicked people.
