You forgot to mention Colonia del Sacramento, which was founded circa 1680 by the portuguese. Montevideo was founded by the spanyards some 46 years later, to the best of my knowledge.

I tried using this video in an English class and we found so many inaccurate facts that I had to stop it every 10 seconds to explain why it was wrong. From the pictures selection to the facts about sheeps, house names and even historic facts. I think the idea behind it was good but poorly executed only showing the lack of research and cultural awareness of the creator.
