Paul i so agree with you. I was in Philly for two nights but i was just amazed the prices of the house and how clean the downtown area was.. I can easily compare Philly to any big major city in the US. Thanks for making this video!

I’m right outside philly but I’m thinking about getting an apartment there after high school I was looking at them and they’re beautiful, a lot better than the ones around here, also a lot cheaper. I just love the idea of moving to a fun city after living in the suburbs my whole life.
