2015 BMW M3 DCT (431hp) - 0-270 km/h acceleration (1080p)

SUPER fast Autobahn acceleration test with the all new 2014/2015 BMW M3 Sedan (Limousine) powered by an awesome 3.0 TwinTurbo R6 delivering 431 hp and 550 Nm of torque, just as in the new M4. This particular car comes with BMW's 7-speed double clutch transmission and they have really improved the smoothness of shifting and shift times compared to the one in the E92. As you might have already followed the posts on the official Facebook page, I really really enjoyed driving this car. The lightweight feel and that phenomenal punch throughout the full rev range clearly indicates this car being the new benchmark for its class (and I keep telling this for a lot of cars lately;-)). And it is a beast once it comes to performance reaching something right below 4 sec. to 100 km/h an being only half a second behind on 250 km/h compared to a new M6! What's your opinion about this car? Do you miss the old V8 or do you think this is the better engine? What I hate is that people just think about 0 - 60 or 0 - 100, however it doesn't and shouldn't matter, it's all about the experience and fun you have driving it.

Long downhill stretch……you can see it levelling out at the end. Im not saying these cars aren't quick or good but they are not that quick. Nice quality clip and good camera position.

The video shows much slower 0-100 timing, around 5 seconds, test it with your stopwatch, launch control would make a much better acceleration

Wie kommen Sie auf die Messwerte? Nach Tacho? Wenn ja.Diese Werte sind voll daneben. Man nehme nur die Werte vom M6 Gran Coupé 0-200 km/h 12, 3 Sekunden. Gemessen von der Sport Auto.
Die M3 Limousine wurde mit 13, 3 Sekunden auf 200 gemessen.
Und Sie schreiben nur eine halbe Sekunde Unterschied bei 250 km/h zum M6. Das kann nicht sein. Ich würde Ihnen empfehlen eine Driftbox zu kaufen. Da können Sie die Beschleunigungswerte
ermitteln. Ansonsten wie immer Top Video👍
