Cutting about an inch off the bottom of the stems and at an angle helps keep them fresh as well. Putting flowers in warm (not hot ) water helps them bloom completely too. LOVED this vlog, thanks for letting us be apart of your life ✨💕 cheers

Tulips are unfortunately out of season at the moment but really ever since 2020 prices of flowers {even wholesale prices} have spiked enormously due to exporting etc! From the brief glimpse, I think the flowers could be freesias. It is the season for tulips and that does seem expensive. Grow your own! Just get some bulbs from Bunnings and put them in a pot on your back patio.
