The ice rink is clever because there are times when you forget where the minifigure has just been so with the paper you can see that. I guess you could also do something similar with footprints

i love the sinking sand and flash ideas/effects all of them a great stars. also please consider other ways to make them jump and do a video on it.

The ice skating one gave me an idea, if I have a piece of paper, then I can put little tracks on it as the lego minifigure walks, I bet I could do that with snow angels too, but thanks for the idea!

Some great effects. I'm always impressed by practical effects although I don't use them often myself. Simple things like the ice skate lines and how the Flash motion blur just 'works'
