Hello, I Have just purchased a CT9000.
When I try to use the WiFi mode and connect it to my Samsung Note 8 Phone, I put in the WiFi Password and the Camera says "WiFi Connection Ready", but on my phone it says "Internet Not Available".
When I go to the iSmart App, it can't find the CT9000 and says "WiFi not available". Can you help?

When i capture image for group people i saw all of them on screen when i captured it crop the people on edges and blur the right side

Does it actually shoot in 4K? I just got the camera and highest resolution available appears to be 1080 @ 30fps. Is the camera I have received defective or is that actually the highest resolution it can shoot? Thanks!
