You can’t unless if you have a latest Apple devices. YouTube requires iOS 14 or later as it requires iPhone 6s or later iPad Air 2 or later iPad Pro models iPad mini 4 or later iPod touch 7th gen only. Unfortunately Apple has ended iOS 13 support for iPhone 6.
