2. In the Settings select Screen Time.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Content & Privacy Restrictions.
4. Select iTunes & App Store Purchases.
5. Under require password, ensure you choose Don't Require.
6. You can now open the App Store and install apps without entering a password.

When I try to download any app it says “enter the password to your apple id to see billing information” I obviously type in my password and I don’t have a credit card on my account meaning it will only show my address, I click done and it says to type in my apple id password again, once I do that it brings me back to the start saying “enter your password to see billing information”

Still didn’t work for for me I’m just trying to download messenger and it prompts me to enter password then takes me to payment method and then declines my download .. I’m so frustrated it might have to do with a damn subscription but I’ve removed those too I’ve tried almost everything I think and still rrr I’m starting to hate iPhones

Thank you so much for sharing this. I'm an Android user and decided to "go to the dark side" and try an IOS. I bought a 2nd hand iPhone XS. I had added my info but then noticed a lot of the app icons needed to have the program downloaded. But each time I try it would insist I setup payment to iTunes. Everyone did that. Adding my PayPal wasn't good enough as they wanted it unlocked with an access code (I don't even use iTunes nor do I want to). I was going to resell this phone but then I watched this video. I'm hoping your channel will have other iPhone info for me to learn from. This has changed everything for me.

If u had subscription on your old iPhone then u can download a app from ur old phone but if u get a new iPhone can u download apps from ur Apple ID from ur old phone if had a subscription on ur old phone?
