Η Πόλη της Λευκάδας είναι η πρωτεύουσα του ομώνυμου νησιού. Βρίσκεται στα βόρεια του νησιού στο κοντινότερο σημείο του, με την απέναντι ακτή της ηπειρωτικής Ελλάδας. Στην είσοδο της πόλης βρίσκεται το βενετικό κάστρο, γνωστό ως κάστρο της Αγίας Μαύρας.
