Why I'm Investing More Into Cardone Capital EXPOSED | Real Estate Investing, Stocks, Grant Cardone

In today's video I review my experience with Grant Cardone's Cardone Capital. In this video you will see Cardone Capital exposed and open for viewership. I will demonstrate how the user interface works and what it is like to be invested. I have $15,000 of my own money invested in real estate through Cardone Capital as of July 1 which I am using as a means to build wealth through real estate investing. So far it has produced me monthly passive income or cash flow for the past two months as of this video, and four months as I type this description. Use this video as a way to see how to get money, start investing, create money online and learn how to invest in dividend paying stocks.

Other real estate investing I do is through REITs, which are stock based real estate funds, and fundrise, which is a crowdsourcing way to invest in real estate. I quite often also make fundrise reviews on the channel.

All stocks and real estate investments I have made make money and are a great way to diversify the portfolio and build wealth through investing.

Matt check out roofstock or more specifically roofstock one I'm considering the later because it allows you to buy shares of a house split between 10ish people. Less diversification but cool to say you own part of a property and feels like really the next step of getting your feet wet in real estate

lol I’ve seen some pretty styled up cardboard boxes - :-).
It’s good to stick to your investments there are only really 4 types of decent RE.
1. REITS, 2. Own RE Yourself, 3. Cardone, 4. Fundrise - I think those are the most popular methods.

Matt i have $150.000. in fund 4 . I when back and reviewed 2019 year in profit and lose statement and i am still happy with my investment and looking and add in 2020. I think your good with adding new money with CC .Best of luck.

Have you looked at Fundrise Vs CC at all. I don’t know enough about CC to do a fair comparison.

Overall I am interested in how all of these do if we have a continued down period as most have only been around during good times.
