Jujutsu Beatdown is quite unique in terms of features. They added Divergent Fists (from my pov), ultimate move variants, a creative way to clash domains, and some cool air combos. Maybe it’s a bit underwhelming, but it’s certainly a good game.

I played this game once, but my only reason for dropping it apart from the fact im dudu at the game was the effects can literally blind a person.

you missed something on sukuna, if you used domain(the normal one or black flash variant) and use fuga/furnace sukuna will do a animation and its good for pvp since it gives ou iframes

I like how you get stronger or stronger moves when you use it after having a black flash aura since it's actually accurate to anime recovering cursed energy and putting yourself in the "zone" after a black flash

theres anotther feature for the rails you missed, If someone is about to hit you when you're on the rails, and you click, you will glow a blue outline and counter the attacker hitting them off of the rail instead of you (used on youseff btw cause hes noob)

heres some tips for yeah

1. Dont use these CE Variants, Lapse Blue, Slice, and Real Jujutsu, All 3 of them are trash
2. ALWAYS use the Red Reversal CE Variant, Really good
3. You can use CE during moves to buff one hit, although sometimes it doesnt trigger, You should only use CE, Right after normal lapse blue, Before the grab on infinity beatdown, DO NOT use it on red counter, always use the CE Variant of red reversal, right before the final hit of dismantle, right after slice, on any hit of real jujutsu, right after web cleave, right before max red shot, right before max blue melee punch. this should make you land black flashes a lot
4. Make sure to use CE as much as possible, But only when you are actively hitting someone. Black flash is a 5%-Ish chance
5. After hitting a black flash your black flash chance goes up by roughly 35%, but failing a black flash instantly ends this effect

Some combos
Gojo: 3m1 Infinity Beatdown (Use CE), Aircombo, 3m1 CE Variant red reversal, (Might be able to be followed up with a ce variant lapse blue, should only try to follow it up if you need damage), Gojos ult is really overpowered, 3m1 Max blue punch (Use CE), Max Red (Use CE)
Sukuna: 3m1 real jujutsu (Use CE on the second hit), aircombo, 3m1 slice (Use CE on the first hit), Web cleave (Use CE), Dismantle (Use CE), Sukunas ult is trash, never use it. if your opponent uses it just rush them before they can finish the windup on any of their moves

I think it has potential but overall I don't enjoy it, not enough to decide to play less JJS, call me biased if you like but theres always some new experience to talk about playing JJS, just more things to do.

I appreciate JJB's map and rail-riding mechanics, air combos I think I could take or leave but they're chill.

But I think the destruction and parkour in JJS make for more gameplay.

What I think is my favorite thing in JJB is the Cursed Energy + chanced black flash system, and how hitting a black flash actually makes you stronger, thats sick and I think JJS would be cool if it had it (I don't care or buy into the copycat crowd when the system in question is actually kinda just how the power system in JJK works.)

However, the CE+BF system may be cool, but with a 1% chance to ever hit Black Flash you may as well just never actually hit it, its not enough to keep me interested... The mechanics don't fuck either beyond that, and its CRAZY to me we can only play Sukuna or Gojo with Yuji being locked into training with a paywall- thats CRAZY. Not to mention that Megumi and Yuta are paid: so the game is 2:2, 2:3 if you count training mode Yuji.

I mean I am sorry, how are you gonna make a JJK battleground game and not slap the main character in? The game needs more characters, more responsive mechanics, improvements to other mechanics, then I could see myself playing it over JJS.
