on question six would the upper bounds not be .49 as if its .5 it would be rounded up

Hi, quick question. For Q9 i got 151515. Would that be correct? I used ratios to answer this question.

25, 000 : 16.5%
1515.15: 1%
151515: 100%

Therefore the total revenue is 151515.

i got the previous questions correct with this method. Please help me out. The exams tomorrow :) Keep up the great videos.
