Best advice I've gotten is to not camp the last point and just camp the 2nd last one.

I feel like with this gamemode, speed is very much important. So picking characters with mobility or speed boosts help a lot more from what ive noticed.

I’ve found pharah to be really solid on Anubis as well

On the last points it can sometimes be easier if you get a good wipe to just hold them in the spawn doors rather then trying to hold the point. have 2 players holding the point while your tank and some other dive/brawl champs push up into the cover just past the point and it can be hard to break it if the enemy doesnt group properly

Best advice I've learned for this mode:
1. Be patient, getting picked early will likely lose you a fight, and using ults early or at a bad time can lose you multiple points as well
2. Don't use ults on the last point. Defenders spawn very close and the timer is very short, especially on Anubis. Unless you know you can for sure win, don't invest ults. Just wait at the 2nd to last point and pressure them at the choke.
