I have to say, I'm currently studying for the equvalency exam and I 'was' using the AQA book but could not get my head around it, so I thought I needed someone to explain it and bingo, I watched this video once and I got it. You have a fantastic teaching style, plus all those animations are really helpful too. Bravo mate.

When blood sugar is too high in bloodstream, pancreas sends out insulin to tell liver to store glucose as glycogen
When blood sugar is too low in bloodstream, pancreas sends out glucagon to tell liver to convert glycogen as glucose to main body sugar level
