There are many ideas I'd add like a proper front entry deck and stairs, ceiling fans, tinted solar reflective glass on the atrium, a tiled area around the fire for safety and glass enclosed heater for when your not home or asleep safer than an open fire, more kitchen cupboards and island bench with the cooker installed, change the kitchen tiles, drop down lift up clothes drying rack in the laundry, the office could be anything storage, a reading room, bedroom windows that open ....a few finishing touches and it would be nice

The center under glass is just great. It's just a pity that the bathrooms can only be reached via the bedrooms. Overall very good design.

Highly innovative design. I would add a kitchen island for additional
Kitchen prep and perhaps move the hob there. I think some of the laundry room could be dedicated to a guest bath so that ppl don’t have to go through a bedroom to go to the loo. Would this home be feasible in a country that has a snowy winter ( e.g., Canada)?

Дизайн интересный, НО зимой на месте стеклянной крыши будет один большой сугроб высотой по конёк основной кровли, что приведёт к обрушению. Как вариант, чтобы оставить идею двора покрытого стеклянной кровлей, я бы сделал стеклянную кровлю шатерного типа, так чтобы основная кровля была бы её продолжением. Тогда и снег нормально с неё бы сходил, и во время дождя двор бы не заливало.

Thought I'd love this design but it's over kill . Perfect would be to reduce the porch are to increase indoor rooms, it's the start of a Great design just reducing the outdoor area to allow for larger space inside would be fantastic!😊

Проект интересный, но есть недостатки:
1. При жаркой погоде, кондиционер будет исключительно работать на помещение с плоской остекленой кровлей
2. Зимой большие теплопотери от отстекленной крыши
3. Отвод атмосферных осадков с плоской крыши не решен, зимой как быть со снеговой нагрузкой
