I'm so disappointed in my Dell XPS. There have been several problems with the track pad, which I have recently found out from multiple other Dell XPS owners, is a common defect know by Dell for some time now and they have not fixed it as of 2024. Additionally, it gets unusually hot very quickly even when set on a highly ventilated laptop cooling pad. I will definitely choose a different brand in the very near future.

After having owned multiple Lenovos and having quality issues, i'm super happy i went back to a pre-owned like-new MacBook Air M1 that i got for a bargain. No way i'd want any of those CES 2024 laptops ...

Everything looks great except those stupid pudding keycaps. Pudding keycaps are the worst nightmare for people who hate RGB. Unlike RGB on normal keycaps which look tame at the lowest brightness, the RGB on pudding keycaps is always in your face even at the lowest brightness.
