Some gardening tips are so common they become the way many of us garden. What are some of the best gardening tips? Gardener Scott discusses some of the things he does, shares tips from other gardeners, answers common gardening questions, shares gardening philosophy, and more. (July 29, 2024)

⚠️ PLEASE READ THE LIVESTREAM GUIDANCE HERE: ⚠️

⚠️ As I see questions, I’ll do my best to answer in the order they appear. However, if someone gives a "super chat" or “super sticker” with a question, their question becomes a priority and moves to the front of the queue. Channel members will also receive priority.
⚠️ Because I have a limited amount of time, if I miss a super chat question this week, it will be answered at the beginning of my next livestream next week.
⚠️ Your super chat/sticker is a donation that I appreciate very much.
⚠️⚠️ I’m answering YouTube questions to give actionable tips you can use to become a better gardener. While I have many years of gardening experience and training, please understand that every garden is different and my suggestions may not be the best action for your garden. I encourage you get information from other sources too.

As far as finding comfrey plants, I got a fantastic plant from Azure Standard. They have plant starts in the spring. All the plants I got from them are doing awesome!

This year a baby rabbit has moved into my garden & has been there now for over 4 weeks. I enjoy seeing the rabbit & don't mind sharing my garden. Only wished he or she didn't eat all my yellow bean plants. Oh well, there's the grocery stores.

I like your soothing relaxing voice. Slows me down. So snap peas. Bulb onions. Marigolds. Now tomatoes soon. Radishes gone. Albino beets. Bad. Strawberries bad. Peppers growing.

I finally learned to put my potted strawberries at the top of my hill and they spread on their own down the hill 😊

Don't give up because there is a new problem each year. Each difficulty makes us stronger gardeners.

Very interesting Q&A session. Inspirational on a Monday evening. We've just gotten 1 1/2 inches of rain! Rained hard so hopefully garden will be fine. Thank you thank you

tips i found to be beneficial for me
hanging on my lemon tree half plastic bottles in a chain with strawberry's growing in them with beans climbing on the runners of the strawberry's so that ants work harder to reach the strawberry's and it is saving space and looks really pretty.
or strawberry pot pyramid\tower\ half bottles screwed to a pole dugged in the ground (strawberry totem).

Mutching with wood chips keeps the moisture in, but it can cause a slug and earwig problem.
