I worked at a CVS mail-order pharmacy. The techs were always hustling their butts off. They wanted some sort of compensation for constantly exceeding the productivity goals (I think rightfully so), so they did a work slowdown one day. Things got backed up very quickly. Mgmt gave them food coupons for the in-house cafeteria and ONE free movie ticket. That made them even angrier. The next day about 50% of them called in sick.

I used to work with a dude that worked at Amazon and he said it's built like a prison lol the supervisors and office personnel looking down on you from up top and they didn't like employees going to the restroom they only care about your production.

I used to work at Amazon. I always tell people not to work there. It's was like a clean prison. They would force us to work extra hours that we weren't scheduled for, and if u left at the end of the time u were scheduled, you'll get bad points. It's much more, but to keep it short, just don't work there, stay away
