Tourette's syndrome is a neurological condition and disability which causes involuntary movements called tics. I use my platforms on social media such as TikTok, YouTube and Instagram to advocate and raise awareness for the condition and show what it is like living with a disability as a teen in school.
My name is Zara Beth (zeezee25 on tiktok) and I post videos about tics, tic disorders and what its like to be a teen living with Tourette's syndrome, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and a seizure disorder (NEAD/NES).
I show what its like having tics and Tourettes in class and in school and college, vlog, and I also bake, do other challenges and answer all your questions in Q and A videos.
I am also an ambulatory wheelchair user so I show what life looks like using various mobility aids and how needs change from day to day!
I am also a musician! My newest release is my first single (original song) called "She's Mine" which is now available on all streaming services - I sing and play piano, guitar, ukulele and I write, produce, mix and master all my own songs and content myself!

I once fainted and hit my head in class, I apparently had a random seizure. When I woke up by my teacher shaking me I awkwardly laughed and jumped up like "oh.. sorry." I found it sweet that the class clown had been the first one to get help. Usually he was goofy and a bit mean.

It’s good you sometimes feel it coming, a friend never did and her face and head got it
all the time-she died because of it, her funeral was 3wks ago. It could possibly have been avoided if more people were aware of her illness

PSA: if you ever start to feel like you're about to faint, lay down if you can. You're much less likely to faint laying down. :)

I fainted for the first time at McDonald's at it was soo awkward after I came to consciousness. People around me were starring at me it was soo embarrassing

This happened like two years ago and as an Indian my parents still mock me for it when I don't drink water😅

In college I once fainted as I was giving a presentation. I had fainted before so I could feel it coming and had enough time to pause and say “don’t freak out” before I hit the floor 😂 I was ok after thankfully, pretty sure I got an A lol

Fainting is honestly so scary. Once when I was out shopping with my family, I didn’t have a lot of water that day so when we were walking, all of the sudden I got very dizzy. I felt like there was no ground, and then my eye sight started to black out. Before I new it, I woke back up on the ground with my family, other customers, and workers surrounding me, offering me water. Apparently they said, as we were checking out, I fell and hit my head on the buggy and then fell to the floor. Something that I will never forget, take care guys.
