I don’t believe in motivation. It’s volatile. It is my firm belief that if you want to change the world, you have to be truly driven to do it. You have to want it so bad, that even when you don’t feel like working at it, you’ll do it anyway. I believe in building habits—-positive habits that, when persistently worked at, build towards your goals until you eventually reach them. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I had been in the darkest place I’d ever been. My mother had just left for Vietnam a month prior and was going to stay there for two more. I was alone. I began to struggle in school. I started losing sleep and wondering what I’d do with myself. While in that dark place, I found my flame. It was exacerbated by the desire to help those who were also lost and broken. Thinking about how I could help those who were stuck at home as well, I realized that I could share my drive online. I would lead by example by showing others just how much one person can accomplish when they are truly driven to do it. I tested my resolve and started producing online content where I’d study every day for 12 hours. It was a big risk. I’d have to invest a lot of money and time into something unprecedented. I was ready, however, and started on March 20, 2020. It’s now March 20, 2021. After over 300 live streams, I studied 2,880 hours and my flame is stronger than the day I started. I built a following of hard workers whose flame was ignited by mine.

Lol so I have a thought and no other place to dump it but here..no one will read this and Idk if that's fine or not. But the reason I think he studies for 12 hours most days is because it doesn't matter if less hours spent on studying gives him the same marks or not. It is because no matter what he does, he isn't gonna regret this. 12 hours, these times he spent, will lead him somewhere. Unexpected or not, he will end up somewhere and with no regrets about this. I think that's the reason, some of us are not able to study with a well mind or happily. We do not know why we are doing it or if it will give us a desired result for it might not. That uncertainty is so hard to tackle, it ripples and blossoms in our bones, gently flowing through and all, in our veins. If only, we learnt this, if we knew somethings we don't yet or maybe never will. Somethings would have been different. I wish I was In a okay state of mind.
