I emailed one listing on Craigslist for a house rental which was a low monthly price. They then texted me somehow ?? And I asked if the house was currently on sale and they said no. I checked on Zillow and Redfin and that house was actually listed for sale. They were scamming people. I reported them.

The photo of the bedroom with the vaulted ceiling looks like a apartment at Mediterranean Village Apartments in Costa Mesa mixed with some Newport Beach/Eastside Costa Mesa homes.

So many scams there!! Last year I found an amazing apparent for $1700 and it was real. The application fee was only due after I viewed the property.

My son talked to two older about in their 60 said they are renting a place for 15 hundred and my son would have to drive over to Kelowna.And I’m scared it’s a scam. All keep this video and ket you know if it falls through.

A long time ago my rental listing on CL was hijacked. I learned not to advertise the actual address of the property. Don't give out your email and phone number. That procedure has worked for me. I do get results from a CL add when I'm careful. Zillow is the best. Good video from Sacramento

i think im getting scammed rn but i havent paid yet. they're asking for application fee which apparently is refundable .. $70.. broken english.. seems fishy but too early to tell
