As someone with more medical problems than I can count anymore, just the song title says so much. Only some of them are diabetes, seizures, one color blind eye, and neuropathy. But me and others like me keep walking even though we know death is always 2 steps behind us because the ones who accomplish something are the fools who keep pressing onward. I think the graves are his wife and son, he talks about it in the game. Their names Issac and Eliza, she was nineteen and they were shot dead for 10 $ by robbers, im happy hes happy in the afterlife with his boy.
