Fun fact: Doyle's guitar tone also comes from a bass amp.
Another fun fact: since Jerry only use to only play on E&A strings, he use to replace the D&G with another E&A in case he broke a string.

Jerry's original bass was a rickenbacker that he customized heavily. This took me roughly 15 years to figure out.

You nailed it! I love me some Misfits (all eras, but Danzig era is still my favorite) and that chainsaw tone Jerry has is such a huge part of their sound. Anybody tries to play a Misfits tune without a fuzz box is fixing to get yelled at!
