ABOUT TIMELESS:
When a mysterious criminal steals a secret state-of-the-art time machine, planning to use it to change past events to destroy America in the present, the only hope is a team of unexpected heroes composed of a scientist, a soldier and a history professor. The trio must use the stolen machine's prototype to journey back in time to critical events, being careful not to affect history themselves, while working to stay one step ahead of the villain who would unravel the timeline and understand the mystery driving his mission before it's too late.

Robert Johnson's sister had a JUKE joint. Very popular in that era. He was also the founding member of the "27 Club", even though he didn't really become popular until his albums were released in the 60s.

Dana says- I agree that the journal probably changes as things in the timeline change (like the coin did), but Flynn doesn't still have access to it, so he hasn't read anything from it since he gave it to Lucy. Therefore, he hasn't read any of the changes that happened since then.

Probably my favorite episode. I'm a huge fan of the blues and all the musicians in this episode so it was right up my alley.

Dana says- BTW, the ship name for Lucy and Garcia has been "Garcy" for a really long time. But Flucy is cute though.

I’m with Kari and Takira - I’m excited about the idea of a Flucy romance! Even though I think Lucy will still end up with Wyatt, I hate the idea of her pining after him and having no one. I have a feeling her relationship with Flynn will serve some sort of purpose for the plot but eventually Jessica and Flynn will be out of the picture with Lyatt being endgame.

1. totally not digging the concept that Wyatt and Jess are making a bunch of "noise" - awkward!
2. love the Mason and Rufus dynamic - such a great relationship that we really need to see on TV (cause not everything needs drama)
3. Love that we have the extra seat in the Lifeboat. That is gonna be helpful in the future.
4. Lucy is too strong a character to just jump in with Flynn when she was so in love with Wyatt. That makes no sense. I like Flynn enough that I think it is disrespectful to his character (and his commitment to his family).

This season has been so strong in terms of story telling. I'm just grinding my teeth on the Jessica issue.

Dana says- I'm with you in believing that Carol will flip sides, but I don't think she will leave and come to join our Time Team, I think Lucy (or maybe even Wyatt) will be in danger of being killed by Emma or Great Grandpa Keynes and Carol will sacrifice her life to save her daughter (maybe taking out one of the bad guys at the same time). I think them having Wyatt not shoot her wasn't just to show that Wyatt doesn't want to hurt Lucy by killing her mom because he still cares about her, but also to set up a situation later where Carol doesn't want to kill Wyatt because he didn't shoot her when he could and because she knows he cared so much for Lucy that he couldn't shoot her. Am I making any sense?

Did Flynn say he went to the future? I thought he said older Lucy went back in time to give to him? But that doesn't make sense because you can't go back to a time you exist I'm so

I think now that the timeteam find the Rittenhouse HQ they will find out about that wierd map/fresco/paint whatev granpa painted a few episodes ago (if the bombs didnt destroyed that wall) and they can predict about their plans..
In this episode i really liked the backstory of Mason and Rufus.
Wyat is officialy an idiot that jokes with Rufus I mean camon we are not at high school grow up.
I dont want to say that 'I told you so' but yeah i did Lucy and Flynn is kinda happening and I can say that i am not the only fan of this ship ( I like fan-fictions and after this episode there are a lot of new with theme ;D )

Great review, ladies. You made Timeless Ep. 6 ("The King Of The Delta Blues") much more interesting.
IMO Carol, Lucy and Emma are the most interesting characters in this TV show. So, it'd be a serious mistake
for the writers to (permanently) kill one of that trio.
